Founding Cohort Application

Apply to co-create the founding cohort.

This only works if the founding cohort is genuinely in it— not signed up and absent. Please only tick the commitments you'll actually honour. Takes about 8–10 minutes; I read every application myself.

Prefer to talk it through? Tap Talk to Ana in the corner — same questions, as a conversation.

Who you are

Name

Your discipline

What are you building or working on right now?

One link that shows your work

Why you, why now

Why do you want to be in the founding cohort specifically — as opposed to just taking the assessment later, once it's finished?

What about the current state of “AI capability measurement” is wrong, in your own words?

The live work you'd bring

What real, in-flight piece of work would you run the method on during the cohort?

Where do you suspect your own false-alignment band is widest — where might your confidence outrun your evidence?

The commitment

This is a mutual commitment. Please only tick what you'll actually honour.

I'll complete a full cycle: baseline assessment, the uplift work on my own project, and re-assessment. (Required.)I'll show up for three structured feedback sessions across the cohort and give real, usable feedback — including the critical kind. (Required.)I consent to my anonymised assessment data joining the first cross-industry capability dataset. (Required — this is the asset the cohort exists to build.)I'll bring one live piece of work, not a toy example. (Strongly preferred.)If it earns it, I'll say so publicly — a testimonial, a referral, or an intro to one person who should be in a later cohort. (Optional, but tell us honestly.)

Realistically, how much time can you give over the cohort's run?

Co-creation, explicitly

If you could change one thing about how capability gets measured — or shape one part of this platform — what would it be?

Anything you'd want from being a founding member that I haven't offered?
